1. Acceptance
By using TimeBloxx ("we", "our", or the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Description of Service
TimeBloxx is an online booking platform that connects clients with businesses (e.g., barbershops, salons). Businesses can set availability, manage appointments, and send reminders. Clients can view availability, book appointments, and reschedule or cancel via links we provide.
3. Use by Businesses (Shop Admins)
If you register a shop or business on TimeBloxx:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and availability.
- You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for how you use client data and must comply with applicable privacy laws.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to send spam or abusive communications.
4. Use by Clients
When you book an appointment through TimeBloxx, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to honor your appointment or cancel/reschedule through the links we provide. The business you book with is solely responsible for the services they provide; TimeBloxx is not a party to that transaction.
5. SMS Messaging
SMS messaging is entirely optional. You do not need to opt in to SMS to book an appointment or use any feature of TimeBloxx. During booking, a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox allows you to voluntarily opt in to receive appointment confirmations and reminders via text message.
- Message frequency: 1–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders).
- No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carrier fees may apply.

6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or client data.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited or misleading messages.
7. Intellectual Property
TimeBloxx and its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability and features may change. We are not responsible for the conduct of businesses or clients using the Service or for the quality of services booked through it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeBloxx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeBloxx and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and indemnification) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
